Ferguson Warned Manchester United Players over Complacency ahead of AC Milan Encounter
Manchester United has a tough task against AC Milan in the second leg of Champions League first knock out round at Old Trafford on Wednesday. That is what manager Sir Alex Ferguson believes and he has warned his players over complacency. Manchester United won the first leg 3-2 at San Siro and there might be a sense of overeconfidence grown out of the first leg victory among the Re Devils. However, Ferguson thinks that the job is not yet done and believes it is still an open affairr.
Ferguson says, “.....I don’t think we’re very good at defending leads. We need to play our normal game and that includes attacking. We’ve got to accept that it’s going to be a very difficult game and one we have to win.
It's certainly an open tie which should make for a great game of football. We hope to kill the tie by our own attacking abilities, but obviously AC Milan have to score and that should make it a really open match.”
Manchester United might enjoy the home advantage when they take on the Italian giants before their home fans. However, it could be an added pressure for them. United boss has tried to single out the fact that United can not afford to take the game lightly, even though they would start with a lead.

Abou Diaby Expects Better Protection from Referees for Arsenal
Arsenal’s French midfielder Abou Diaby thinks that Arsenal always becomes the victim of aggressive football of other premier league teams. His comments came after his club mate Aaraon Ramsey suffered a horrendous injury last week in a 3-1 victory over
He said, “In the last couple of years, teams have tried to intimidate us by playing very strongly, kicking us and things like that, but how far can this kind of thing go? We have seen three cases of this in the last four years - myself, Eduardo and Aaron.”
"We know English football has a lot of physical engagement, and that is part of the game - and we know that nobody goes in with the intent of injuring a fellow player, but when people are breaking their legs like this, it is too much.”
Ramsey has broken his right leg and for him the current season is now over. Arsenal has some very important games ahead of them where they would miss his service. Arsenal lost important players to injuries at crucial times in the past too. Diaby and striker Eduardo also suffered horrific injuries and were out of action for a very long time and Arsenal missed them for some crucial matches.
