No More Increase on Ticket Prices: Confirms Manchester United

Manchester United has confirmed that it will not increase ticket prices next season. Considering the fury of the general supporters, the club has taken this decision. United was the only premier league club who increased their ticket prices last season despite the global economic recession. Many of the Red Devils fans were angry at this move and thinking to cancel their season ticket next season.

Since the club’s take over in 2005 by American billionaire Glazer, ticket prices increased almost regularly. Moreover, the allocation of tickets for the visiting fans was also increased significantly and that also added to the fans’ anger. Many times Mr. Glazer has been criticized for his profit-centric moves in the club.

Now that Manchester United has confirmed the freeze on next season’s ticket prices the club fans might find some relief from spending extra penny.
