John Mikel Obi Happy for Joining Chelsea over Manchester United

After playing two years successfully for Chelsea, John Mikel Obi now feels that it was a right decision to move to Chelsea over Manchester United. In 2006, Chelsea and Manchester United locked horn to sign John Mikel Obi and after a series of turn and twists, John Mikel Obi joined Stamford Bridge. Looking back to the first two seasons at Chelsea, the Nigerian international now feels that he is in a fantastic club with fantastic people and he wants to play for the Blues for a long spell. Besides stressing on working hard, the central midfielder now wants to win premier league title.

Every time Chelsea faces Manchester United, John Mikel Obi plays very well, but he wants to keep this form in every game. He also wants to keep the current six-point lead over Manchester United as he looks to win the premier league title this season. About the recent draw against Manchester United, he said that except the first 10 minutes of the match, Chelsea played better than Manchester United. John Mikel Obi has represented Nigeria in 24 international matches, scoring 2 goals so far in his career. He is just 21 year old and can play at least another ten years with sheer success both in club as well as in international level.

    Mikel is good now, i love the way plays now,but should mind the way he is picking yellow cards,it is not a good thing for a young player like him. I wish him the best.
