Patrice Evra: Ferguson Deserves Champions League Title

Manchester United full back Patrice Evra has recently said that manager Sir Alex Ferguson deserves more success in Champions League. Here, it is noteworthy that Manchester United won Champions League only once under Ferguson. Since the triumph of 1999 Champions League, Manchester United has been consistently playing well and winning premier league titles, but could not win any more title in Europe.

"A manager like him deserves to win the Champions League more than once," said the 27-year-old. "I hope we can deliver the trophy to him for what he's done for United."

French international Patrice Evra went close to Champions League title once before when his former club Monaco was defeated by Porto in 2004 Champions League final. However, the defender seems to be confident enough to win the title this time around.
