Nicolas Anelka Says, Chelsea Knows How to Play against Manchester United

Nicolas Anelka is new at Chelsea and fortunately, in his first season at the club, the striker is going to be part of the history with Chelsea facing Manchester United in the first ever all English Champions League final on 21 May. The final match in Moscow is now the center of all attraction of football world.

Anelka has recently said that Chelsea knows how to play against Manchester United. The France international has also indicated Chelsea’s premier league victory over Manchester United few weeks back and to him, Chelsea is now confident. Though he admits that Cristiano Ronaldo is the best footballer currently in the world, he thinks Chelsea has more individuals to make the difference. However, he thinks that it is going to be an open match.

Goal.com reported:

"Manchester United, we know them and we know what we have to do, even if you can never predict what is going to happen in a match.
"We have just played against Manchester and we beat them 2-1 so we are therefore quite confident. Anything is possible.
"The two teams want to win and have great players so it will be a bit of luck which will make the difference. I hope it will be on our side."

"All the Manchester players play well with the ball and it doesn't matter who can score.
"It is the same for us. But we have more individuals to make the difference.

"It is going to be a very open match. They are two very different teams but both are very good."

However, it is unlikely that Nicolas Anelka is going to be in the starting line up of Chelsea in the match, because Chelsea plays at 4-5-1 formation in which Didier Drogba plays in the up front. However, he could be brought on the field as substitute and still he has a big role to play to help Chelsea win its first ever Champions League title in Moscow.
