Here, I like to say a few words about IPL. This is perhaps the first time that I saw that cricket matches are held in May in
I felt a bit disappointed to see lack of promotional activities in Indian TV channels about IPL. For example, Set Max is the official TV channel and it will broadcast all the IPL matches. Today, I watched Set Max for time and they had only entertainment programs. There was nothing about IPL except the IPL image stating that there were 2 days left before IPL. Well, I guess that the main problem is that Set Max is an entertainment TV channel, not a sports channel. So, Set Max will only think of IPL when IPL starts from this Friday. Star Sports and ESPN are the most popular sports channels in
BCCI officials should keep it mind that many people have invested a lot for IPL. They expect that their investment brings them healthy profit.
