Research In Motion (RIM), a mobile messaging firm from Canada, has recently released the BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) social platform beta for the developers. That means developers from now on can access to the BlackBerry’s messaging protocol in order to develop improved applications.
Now that developers have access to BBM Social Platform, they can now develop application adding Super App features, and thus, combining it into the BBM social platform.
The current beta release of BBM Social Platform is only application for those developers who are working on Java. RIM would provide support for the developers of BlackBerry Webworks in its next beta release, which is due to come in April this year.
Moreover, it is noteworthy that RIM has provided simulator for BlackBerry operating system 5.0 and 6.0 in the present beta release.
BBM has been a platform which developers use to improve the quality of BlackBerry’s messaging system and develop applications with which users can get the best possible service.
