Player Exhaustion Could be Lethal for England in World Cup 2010, Says Ferguson

Manchester Untied manager Sir Alex Ferguson believes that players’ exhaustion could be a big problem for the Three Lions in their world cup mission. England is aiming to embrace their second world cup glory, first since 1966, this year.

Alex Ferguson said that the intensity of English premier league is very great and it would be tough for the English player to play at their best in world cup. He also added that Wayne Rooney, who suffered a injury towards the end of the season, would be fit for the world cup.

When asked who would be favorite in the world cup, Ferguson said Brazil is the strongest side. He also sees good chance for Spain and France.
