Arsenal Trailing 1-2 in Half Time Against Bolton: Live Report

It is half time at the Emirates Stadium and no, Arsenal is not leading. Bolton is leading by 2-1. Arsenal was the better team but Bolton got the goals. The first goal was scored by Gary Cahill in the 7th minute. Arsenal defense could not clear the ball well and the ball was hanging in the penalty area and that gave Gary Cahill the chance to score the first goal for his club from a close range shot. Matthew Taylor scored the second goal from a penalty in the 27th minute. Denlison blocked Chung-Yong Lee in a bad way and the referee ordered the penalty. After that Arsenal players pushed more and more and attacked one after another.
In the first half Arsenal players 7 attempts on target compared to just two of Bolton. In the 43rd minute, Tomas Rosicky fired a strong volley from the edge of the penalty area. The Bolton goalkeeper was shocked and he could not do anything but watch the ball passing beside him.
No player from either side was shown any card. If Arsenal wants to win the match then in the second half, they have to convert some of the chances they can create.
