Transfer Deals January 2009: Manchester United has got Zoran Tosic and Adem Ljajic of Serbia

Last night, Manchester United could sign two players from Serbia. They are winger Zoran Tosic and Adem Ljajic. Both of them moved from Partizan Belgrade team and Zoran Tosic is a good player for Serbian national football team too. It is reported that the deal was done for an amount of 17 million British pounds. Zoran Tosic played for Serbian national team 12 times until now and he will be available right away. Sir Alex Ferguson feels that this is a very important signing for his club and he has kept his eye on the player for more than a year. He also feels that with this signing Manchester United will become a stronger team and Tosic will be an influential player in the left side.

On the other hand, 17-year-old Adem Ljajic is a striker and he will be in Partizan Belgrade club for the rest of this season. He will come to Old Trafford next year. He is too young to whether he can be a super star at Manchester United. Many fans are perhaps hoping that he can turn like Wayne Rooney.
