I am a keen and regular observer of English football since 1988 and thus, I have been following the premier league for twenty years. Twenty years ago, Chelsea was not a big name in English football. You even do not need to look back at twenty years but think of ten years ago. Chelsea was hardly a club in the premier league title race. Roman Abramovich came to the rescue of the club in 2003 and he pumped millions of dollars in the last five years but for the club. Roman Abramovich provided a lot of interest free loans and it does, the clubs could remain at the top of English football and European football in the last five years.
But the good news for Chelsea officials say is that they are gradually binding decent amount of money because of their performance in England and in Europe in the recent years. So, within a year or two U., Jesse could become a free of the dependency of the money of Roman Abramovich.
