In the last few years, I have noticed that foreign strikers are dominating in English premier league. The only exception is perhaps Wayne Rooney who plays for Manchester united and is always influential both for the club and for England national football team. He and his club Manchester united suffered a sharp last week when they lost to Barcelona in the final match of UEFA Champions League 2009.
"We were disappointed to lose that game. To be honest, we decided to forget about it the next day and try to concentrate on these England games.
"I'm delighted now I have a chance to put that to the back of my mind. It would be nice to get a win with England and a goal or two. We're looking forward to this game."
This is his feeling. The site because the defeat of Manchester united not only disappointed the supporters of the club but also many people in England. So, we hope that the same disappointment will not come in the World Cup qualifying stage.
