In the end, the final score was 2-0. England won the match but did not win it convincingly. In fact, it was Joe Cole who won the match for England. The other 10 players did not have that much to do. He scored both the goals. The English fans were happy but not satisfied. England attacked a lot but could not get any goal in the first half. Both the goals came in the second half. The fans expected at least 4-5 goals and if the strikers did not compete for missing goals then 5-0 could have been the score line.
Well, the players should be more concerned after this match. They have to improve their performance if they really want to qualify for World Cup Football 2010.
