Liverpool Signed French Striker David N'Gog

David N'Gog may not be widely known player in the football world. However, the 19-year old French striker has recently joined English Premier League club Liverpool on a four-year deal from Paris St. German. The striker spent two seasons at Paris St. German and appeared in 18 matches for the club scoring one goal. The fact may not resemble the kind of quality he possesses in him. David N'Gog is considered as one of the most talented young players in France. In fact, he has already won a number of awards while representing France’s U16, U17 and U19 teams.

Liverpool has reportedly spent £1.5 million to sing David N'Gog. The striker would definitely increase the number of options Liverpool has in the attack. Liverpool’s forward line up is currently spearheaded by Spaniard Fernando Torres. The club is also linked with a likely deal for Irish striker Robbie Keane. Should the deal for Keane be formulated, Liverpool will have a very good attacking line up for the next season.

About David N'Gog

David N'Gog started his professional football career at Paris Saint-Germain after making contract with the club when he was 17. During his two-year spell, he did not play much, but his performance was excellent last season at the club. Besides, he has been proving his worth in the different age group national side of France. During a U19 match against England, N’Gog scored twice. His cousin Jean-Alain Boumsong also plays professional football for French Champion Olympique Lyonnais. Now, let us see if David N'Gog can help Liverpool bring their premier league glory back.
