Roman Abramovich Remains Silent about Chelsea vs Manchester United Champions League Final

Roman Abramovich is putting his arms around the Chelsea players and embracing warmly. Giving a flying kiss to the Chelsea fans, a special hug with Avram Grant and so on; these would be the possible scenario of the celebration of Chelsea players, coach and owner Roman Abramovich if Chelsea could really ends up winning its first ever Champions league title this season. Otherwise, it will turn other way around.

Roman Abramovich bought Chelsea with an estimated debt of 80 million pounds in 2003, when the club was facing serious financial problem. Since he took over the governance of the club, this Russian billionaire spent 700 million pounds (US$1.37 billion) so far for the club and turned it a world class club with some renowned players around the world. Money talked with in two years as Chelsea won two back to back Premier League titles in 2005 and 2006. Now, Chelsea has reached the final of Champions League for the first time in its history on the fifth year of Roman Abramovich as the club owner. The Blues are going to take on Manchester United in their first ever Champions League final in Moscow, Russia.

As the match is going to take place in the native country of Roman Abramovich, it is expected that he will come to enjoy the match at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. However, he remains silent about the match and has not said anything inspirational for Chelsea yet. May be he has sent his best wishes for the club’s success to the players already. He was present in Chelsea’s last premier league match that, for sure, did not make him happy with the performance of Chelsea. Now, let us see if Roman Abramovich attends the Champions League final against Manchester United.
