Fans Need No Visa for Champions League Final in Moscow

It is definitely good news for the football fans who are going to Moscow to enjoy the much awaited final match of Champions League between Chelsea and Manchester United. The Moscow-bound fans do not need any visa to attend the final match in Moscow; rather they have to show the match ticket for their entry to Russia. Russian president has recently signed a ruling by which fans will be allowed to enter in the country without visa, but they have to show the ticket of the match.

Canadian Press reported:

The Champions League final next Wednesday in Moscow pits English teams Manchester United and Chelsea against each other at Moscow's Luzhniki stadium.

The tens of thousands of British fans attending the game will be allowed into Russia without visas as long as they can show tickets to the match.

It is definitely a praiseworthy decision taken by Russia by allowing the fans to enter in Russia without visa. As both the participating teams are from England, British fans will rush to Russia to enjoy the match. This is the first time two English teams will take on each other in Champions League final. So, excitement among the British fans around the match is now at record high. However, still British fans are now worried about accommodation in Moscow as almost all the hotel rooms of Moscow have been sold out already.
