Sir Alex Ferguson Not Happy with Manchester United Performance

Manchester United has dropped in the league point table as Arsenal has got back their leading position in the table thanks to Arsenal’s victory over Manchester City and Manchester United’s hardly-found draw against Tottenham Hotspur. The interesting thing that Arsenal’s city rivals Tottenham indirectly helped them to regain their top place in the point table by holding Manchester United to a 1-1 draw, while Manchester United rivals Manchester City made it easy for Arsenal by losing the match.

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson also admitted that Manchester United was not up to the mark. Manchester United led the league table going in to the match but found them in the second place in the point table with two points behind Arsenal. Manchester United could manage to win a point from the match thanks to Carlos Tevez’s injury time goal.

Guardian reported:

Ferguson, given longer to compose himself, would surely have avoided sounding so conceited afterwards. "There's something wrong when Manchester United are getting seven bookings," he grumbled, as if only paragons are found on his payroll. Allegations of inconsistency ensued, but the visitors benefited from Clattenburg's sporadic leniency as much as Tottenham Hotspur.

I think, Manchester Untied is still in the title race. Cristiano Roanldo failed to show his impressive form in the match, but he is in imperious from so far this season. So, ahead of the next match, Manchester United players need to regain their form, which is badly needed for Manchester Untied.
