Manchester United Players Need to be Consistent to Continue their Title Run

Manchester United’s ordinary show against Tottenham Hotspur has made the task difficult for them. With dropping two points, Manchester United found them second in the league standings, two points behind Arsenal at the top. Manchester United had been playing impressively in the recent past expect the match against Tottenham Hotspur. Most of the their players were underperformed in the match failed to contribute very little throughout the match as they needed an injury time goal to avoid defeat at the While Hart Lane. So, Manchester United players need to appear with their true form if they want to remain in the title contention.

Bleacherreport reported:

The disappointment at White Hart Lane needs to be forgotten as quickly as possible if the Red Devils are to continue their charge for the title. After playing some of their best football of the season against Portsmouth midweek, United looked out of sorts at times against Tottenham. It took the introductions of Carrick, Anderson, and Nani to finally spark some life into the squad.

What is more, Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez have to be consistent enough in the up front to continue their title run through the remaining matches of the season. I think, Chelsea and Arsenal pose hard challenge for Manchester United this season and Manchester United players need to be in good shape to stave off the challenges. Now, let us see if Manchester United can defend their title this season.
