Arsenal Manager Wenger Set a Target of 90 Points for Winning Premier League Title

Arsenal has just moved up at the top of the EPL table for the third time this season. Arsenal remained at the top most of the time in the premier league so far this season, but lost the top place to Manchester United thrice, but could regain all three times. However, Manchester United is still breathing on the neck of Arsenal with just two points behind the leaders. Considering such a tight race for the title, Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger has recently said that Arsenal may need to achieve 90 in order to win the title. He has also termed their already-achieved 60 points as phenomenal.

Goal.com reported:

"We have 60 now and that is phenomenal," he said.

"I don't know how much will be needed but it looks it will be around the 90s."

There were many who wrote off Arsenal having any success this season following the pre-season move of star player Thierry Henry. However, the young guns of Wenger proved their worth dominating the league most of the time so far this season. Now, let us see how Arsenal boys end the season.
