Lindsay Lohan will soon be released from jail for prison crowding

Lindsay Lohan is now spending her time in jail. After finisher her jail term, she would be sent to rehab for three months. News reports are coming out how Lindsay Lohan is doing in jail and different reports are saying different things.

According to Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, the actress is making new friends in Jail. However, she will come out at some point next week after over behavioural consideration and prison crowding. Heckler Spray reports:

Lindsay Lohan is adjusting to life behind bars and she has even found a friend or two, according to her lawyer. On Sunday Shawn Chapman Holley, told Access Hollywood, “she has made friends.” Holley added that Lohan “is not getting special treatment and she hasn’t asked for special treatment… The deputies have treated her respectfully (and she them).”

However, another news report said that inmates of Lindsay Lohan are not happy at all. A relative of an inmate at the Century Regional Detention Facility complained to people about Lindsay Lohan. She said that Lohan’s presence is a “huge inconvenience” for all the other inmates.

Lindsay Lohan's tussle with the small claims court

It looks Lindsay Lohan has to spend a good portion of her life coming in and going out of the courts.This time, Signe Dupuy has filed a case against Lindsay Lohan and her bodyguard Jaz in the small claims court. Dupuy is asking for $7,500 as compensation. MSNBC reports:

According to court papers obtained by Access, Signe Dupuy is taking Lindsay and her bodyguard Jaz to small claims court over a car accident on April 26, 2007.

In papers filed on July 30, Dupuy is suing for $7,500 for "damage, injury and pain and suffering."

Lindsay and Jaz have been ordered to report to court on September 11 in Los Angeles.

Following her latest DUI arrest, three men involved in her late night wild ride threatened to sue Lindsay on several counts, including conversion, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Earlier, three other people also filed cases against Lindsay Lohan. The major lawsuit among the three claims $200,000 for damage. Filed by Raymundo Ortega, the lawsuit mentioned that despite her being under legal drinking age, she was served alcohol drinks by Ivy Restaurant. In reply, Lindsay also submitted her papers claiming that she was not under alcohol and these allegations were nothing but a way of making money from the celebrities.

Just a week after her CRAZY CAR CHASE AND DRUG ARREST critics have roundly slated Lohan’s latest work in which she plays a stripper.

“No review could do justice to the monumental trashiness of this mess,” said the New York Daily News’ reviewer.

L.A Weekly called it “Wacko Hodgepodge” while another website said it was a “silly, sleazy movie.”

The reviews are likely to offer the wayward actress any comfort as she awaits multiple court cases.

Few days ago, because of her socializing and partying and bad attitude, the producers of Poor Thing dropped Lindsay Lohan and stopped the work. Lindsay Lohan is a very talented actress. She is good looking and she has all the qualities of a successful actress. If she does not change her life style then more trouble is waiting for her in future.

I know that it is old news and most of you have already known that she was even arrested by police and taken to custody and later on released against a bond of $25000. Here, it is notable that just two months ago, in May 2007, Lindsay Lohan was charged for drunken driving and its involvement to a car crash. Now, the question is that how Lohan is still continuing her acting career despite her reckless life style and involvement in various controversies.

Lindsay Lohan may not be a successful as an actress but she is really a very successful celebrity in real life. After all, this is the age of reality TV show. We love everything real and dramatic. That is perhaps why, Lindsay Lohan is so successful. She got arrested today and all hell has really broken in the media. Now, the million dollar question is that what would happen next for Lindsay Lohan? Will she end up into prison?

There is a strong possibility that she might just go to the prison and stay there for quite some time. On the other hand, you know that she is a celebrity and celebrities can hire top and skilled lawyers who can make impossible things possible. So, I wont get shocked if Lindsay Lohan does not have to stay in prison for a few years.

Lindsay Lohan is again in the headline of newspapers. This 21 year old Hollywood actress has against been charged for drunken-driving and possessing cocaine. On Tuesday, Lohan was arrested because she failed to prove herself non-alcoholic as police found her blood-alcohol level of 0.12, but in California the highest level of blood-alcohol is 0.08. So, eventually Lindsay Lohan was taken to custody but later she was released against a bond of $25000.

This is the second time Lindsay Lohan has been charged for drunken-driving. Earlier in May 26 this year, she was charged for a car crash in Beverly Hills and at present the prosecution of that case is going on. Recently, she has also gone though a 45 day alcohol rehabilitation program.

Lindsay Lohan is a young talented actress who before appearing in the big screen was a successful model. Lohan first came into lime light through the movie Mean Girls. Lindsay Lohan turned into a Hollywood sex symbol over night and her craze around the world increased rapidly. Besides her popularity she is sometimes criticized for her reckless life style and over addiction to alcohol.

Lindsay Lohan has become too dull for Calum Best

First, it was her upcoming movie and now Lindsay Lohan’s boy friend is leaving her. The twenty one year old actress has been in a relationship with Calum Best, a British fashion model and reality TV show star. Calum objection is that Lindsay Lohan has become too boring for her. SFGate reports:

The star ended a 45-day stay at Malibu, Calif.'s Promises Clinic on July 13, having checked herself in May after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, following a car crash in Hollywood.

Since leaving rehab, the 21-year-old promised fans she will be leading a much quieter life, crediting her family and her romance with reality TV star Best for helping her stay out of trouble.

But the couple's relationship seems to be at an end, after 26-year-old Best claimed the reformed Lohan was too "dull" for him to put up with.

A source tells Britain's the Daily Star, "Calum called Lindsay on Friday and said that he was finding her post-rehab existence dull and that he didn't want to give up partying.

"Calum loves Lindsay, but he's simply not in the same place as her anymore."

Lindsay Lohan has been a major party girl. After going through a turbulent time, now she is taking rest. Let’s hope that she does not spend all her new found energy in partying.

At last Hollywood Hottie Lindsay Lohan has surrendered to the court on charges for driving under the influence of drug and crashing her car. On May 26, 2005, Lindsay Lohan’s Mercedes SL-65 convertible crashed in Sunset Boulevard. On the spot police found cocaine in her car.

Accompanied by her attorney, the 21-year-old actress surrendered at the Beverly Hills Police Department on Thursday afternoon to be fingerprinted and photographed, Officer Brian Ballieweg said.
Lohan's blood-alcohol level at the time of the May 26 crash on Sunset Boulevard was above California's 0.08 percent legal limit, Ballieweg said. He wouldn't disclose how high it was. She also faces a misdemeanor charge of hit-and-run, he said.

Lohan was released on her recognizance. A court date was scheduled for Aug. 24.
A message left early Friday with her publicist was not immediately returned.

There are two kinds of people in this world: one who does not have much but tries hard to survive and there are those who are highly gifted but they just love to waste their time, money, and energy. People around the world are fascinated about Hollywood. It is big, it is glamorous and it is full of life. But there are dark sides behind the glamour and not true and Lindsay Lohan is a major example.

Another bad news for Lindsay Lohan; her next movie “Poor Things” has been cancelled. Although the actress has finished her treatment and came out of rehab but her lifestyle especially, her partying attitude has made the producers worried. As a result they decided to cancel the movie.

However, following Lohan's recent socialising and her well-publicised actions on the set of Bobby and Georgia Rule last year (06), the film's producers are concerned about the actress' behaviour.

If there is Lindsay Lohan in Hollywood then in Bollywood there is Salman Khan. Like Lindsay Lohan “Khan Saab” always made it to the cover page for her wild behaviors with his boyfriends.
