Lindsay Lohan's tussle with the small claims court

It looks Lindsay Lohan has to spend a good portion of her life coming in and going out of the courts.This time, Signe Dupuy has filed a case against Lindsay Lohan and her bodyguard Jaz in the small claims court. Dupuy is asking for $7,500 as compensation. MSNBC reports:

According to court papers obtained by Access, Signe Dupuy is taking Lindsay and her bodyguard Jaz to small claims court over a car accident on April 26, 2007.

In papers filed on July 30, Dupuy is suing for $7,500 for "damage, injury and pain and suffering."

Lindsay and Jaz have been ordered to report to court on September 11 in Los Angeles.

Following her latest DUI arrest, three men involved in her late night wild ride threatened to sue Lindsay on several counts, including conversion, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Earlier, three other people also filed cases against Lindsay Lohan. The major lawsuit among the three claims $200,000 for damage. Filed by Raymundo Ortega, the lawsuit mentioned that despite her being under legal drinking age, she was served alcohol drinks by Ivy Restaurant. In reply, Lindsay also submitted her papers claiming that she was not under alcohol and these allegations were nothing but a way of making money from the celebrities.
