Arsenal is showing good improvement and confidence in the preseason friendly matches this time. Last night, they defeated SC Neusiedl 4-0 and they played without some of their top players.
Four players scored one goal each and they are: Walcott, Emmanuel-Thomas, Chamakh and Vela. This win should not counted highly as SC Neusiedl is a third tier club in Austrian football scenario.
Naturally, Arsenal dominated the match and got goals at regular intervals. With this match, Wenger has finished his Austrian friendly matches and the next assignment is tough indeed.
Arsenal next is going to play at the Emirates Cup 2010 and winning that trophy is important. Wenger’s team will play in two matches in two days. Thus, it is physically a very challenging task.
