After the 3-0 defaet to Chelsea at home, Arsenal is now pretty much disappointed. The fact is that Arsenal’s performance in the match was not reflected in the result sheet. Young Gunners played very well throughout the match, but they were not fortunate enough to turn the result to their favor.
Arsenal now has a match against ManchesterCity in the Carling Cup tomorrow and they are now looking for a strong come back against the Eastlanders. Midfielder Tomas Rosicky believes that Arsenal needs to show a strong reaction against City as he thinks that after a heavy defeat like this it is necessary to react strongly to get everything back on track. However, manager Arsene Wenger has said that he would as usual rely on his young bench players for the Carling Cup match.
Tomas Rosicky, who came from bench in the second half of 3-0 loss to Chelsea, has also said that he would like to spend more time on the pitch, but he also admits that getting his place back in the regular line up is not very easy after spending 18-months on the sideline due to injury.
