Nicolas Anelka now wants to win English premier league for the second time in his career. His first triumph in EPL came 11 years back when he won the title with Arsenal. He said that winning the EPL title with Chelsea would be a bigger triumph than what he did with Arsenal. However, he does not think that the current Chelsea team is stronger than the Arsenal team with whom he won the premier league title.
The French international joined Chelsea in 2008 and since then won the FA Cup 2009 and FA Community Shield 2009. No doubt, Chelsea is now in the right track to win this season’s premier league title. The West London side now has a 5-point advantage at the top of the table. Going into next Sunday’s visit to Arsenal, Chelsea would be looking to increase the gap at the top. However, Anelka thinks that winning over Arsenal would not ensure their title; rather he believes that Chelsea must continue their title run in the coming months.
