Liverpool football club and its fans are ready to mourn the 20th anniversary of its Hillsborough tragedy which left 96 fans dead during a FA Cup semi final on April 15, 1989. Liverpool has already reached the quarter final of Champions League and the quarter final draw of Champions league 2008-09 will take place on coming Friday and ahead of the draw, Liverpool now wants to avoid a second leg match on April 15. Here, it is notable that the second leg quarter final matches of Champions League are scheduled to take place on April 14 and 15. Liverpool fans, players and the friends and families of those 96 Liverpool fans who lost their lives that day want Liverpool to play on 14 April. UEFA has also said that it would try its best to ensure Liverpool play o April 14.
