England all rounder Andrew Flintoff has said that playing for England team is the ultimate priority. Flintoff is currently missing the ongoing fourth test against West Indies with an injury and would also miss the fifth test of the series too. However, the all rounder wants to come back in the ODI series, after recovering from injury. England will play a Twenty20 and five ODI matches after the end of the test series.

As he is sidelined with injury, there are many who are now talking about his participation in the IPL, starting from 10 April. In fact, he along with England team mate Kevin Pietersen has become the highest paid player of IPL second season. However, the 31-year-old said that he was not thinking about IPL, rather he was looking at the one-day series against West Indies. About Ashes Series 2009, Flintoff said that there would be lots of cricket before the Ashes at the end of the summer. He also expressed his desire to play as much cricket as possible for England because he had missed lots of cricket over the last few years due to injury.
