Manuel Pellegrini Delighted with Real Madrid Coaching Job

Manuel Pellegrini is very much delighted after being appointed as the new coach of Spanish club Real Madrid. Following a five-year stint at Villarreal, during which he led the Yellow Submarines to win the 2004 UEFA Intertoto Cup, Pellegrini is not totally focused on bringing success at Real Madrid. However, before that the Chilean has to deal with transfer market and make a balanced squad ahead of the next season.

Manuel Pellegrini takes the rein from Juande Ramos who joined Real Madrid midway through the last season. The former Chile international has said that becoming the coach of ‘world’s biggest club’ is a great satisfaction. Real Madrid is now hungry for success and I doubt if Pellegrini would be able to bring as many success as the club is expecting within the shortest possible time. What I believe that to bring success you need to give at least couple of seasons to a manager and I am not sure if Real Madrid is going to give it to Manuel Pellegrini.
