Sonam Kapoor: The New Ambassador of L'Oreal in India

Bollywood’s new generation actress Sonam Kapoor has now become the new ambassador of renowned cosmetic brand L'Oreal, replacing former Miss World and star Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The brand invited Sonam Kapoor to be its brand ambassador in India considering her youthful charm which could well connect to the young people in the country. So far, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been the brand ambassador of L'Oreal in India, but her age is perhaps the reason for which she has not been handed a new contract.

After signing on as the L'Oreal brand ambassador, Sonam Kapoor has expressed high respect for Aishwarya, stating that she would be happy if she can achieve just 10 percent of what Aishwarya Rai Bachchan did so far. Well, it is natural that Sonam Kapoor is much more acceptable than Aishwarya among the young generation now. After her much-publicized Bollywood debut in Saawariya, Sonam Kapoor has become a popular face among the young people in India. That is why, L'Oreal wants to use her image to connect to the young generation in order to keep the brand vivid among young people.
