Canadian boxer Steve Molitor and Celestino Caballero from Panama will face each other in a unification fight on 21 November 2008 in Rama, Ontario, Canada. This is, in fact, the first ever unification encounter to be staged in Canada. Steve Molitor is the super bantamweight champion of International Boxing Federation (IBF) with an impressive career record of 28-0 with 11 knock-out wins. So, he is still undefeated in his career.
Celestino Caballero, on the other hand, is the current title holder of WBA super bantamweight and his career record is also very impressive at 30-2 with 21 knock-out wins. Both the boxers will be looking to gain the tag of unified champion in super bantamweight section. Both of them have already defended their titles five times each and this will be their sixth title defense. Canadian boxing fans will be happy to see the first ever unified boxing match being held in Canada. No doubt, the fight between Steve Molitor and Celestino Caballero seems to be a hard-fought affair.
