Arsenal Midfielder Alexander Hleb to Join Barcelona on a €15m Deal

Arsenal striker Alexander Hleb is going to join Spanish club Barcelona for a deal wroth 15 million euros (23.5 million dollars). The midfielder earlier expressed that he could not adjust to the life in London and wanted to leave London and the club. The Belarus international was also linked with a move to Italian club Inter Milan.

Arsenal already lost midfielder Mathieu Flamini who left the club for AC Milan and another midfielder Gilberto Silva is also very near to a move to Panathinaikos. Though Arsenal already signed French midfielder Samir Nasri, the club still needs a holding midfielder for the next season.

Arsene Wenger wants to recruit Aston Villa midfielder Gareth Barry in the squad. Wenger impressed the football pundits with a relatively young side last season. It is true that Arsenal did not win any trophy last season, but without any big star in the squad, the Gunners were not bad at all last season. Now, let us see what is waiting for Arsenal in the upcoming season. Will Wenger Continue showing magic this season as well?
