Liverpool vs Arsenal second leg Champions League quarter final match will start within an hour. After tow consecutive Liverpool vs Arsenal showdowns at the Emirates Stadium, Liverpool is going to take on Arsenal at their home ground tonight. This is the last of the trilogy of matches between the two English giants.

The first leg of the quarter final match ended up with a 1-1 draw and thus Liverpool has the away goal advantage tonight. However, Arsene Wenger thinks that he has enough resources in his squad to reach the semi final of Champions League.

AFP reported:

"We need to recover physically and mentally because the players gave everything in Saturday's league match (which also finished 1-1)," the Frenchman said. "But we have enough resources to qualify on Tuesday night."

Well, to be honest, Arsenal played very well in the first leg of quarter final match. They created a number of chances and were better side compared to Liverpool. However, you can not deny that Liverpool players were up to the mark in the match and considering the away game environment Liverpool fans must be satisfied with the performance of Liverpool players. Now, Liverpool is going into the second leg of quarter final knowing the fact that even a goal less draw would see them reach the semi final of Champions League, third time in four seasons.
