Arsene Wenger has made it clear that he is interested to keep midfielder Mathieu Flamini at Arsenal and is looking forward to a new deal with this talented midfielder. Wenger knows very well what a terrific job the French international has been doing for Arsenal so far this season. Arsenal’s current deal with Flamini is going to expire at the end of the season. There is speculation out in the media that Mathew Flamini is going to leave the
guardian-series reported:
"That's not true,"
"I'm not looking for any replacements for Flamini. I am first looking to keep my players together," Wenger told Arsenal TV.
"The second step, then we will see but my first intention is to keep the players I have.
"We are on course there, negotiations are going well and we hope to sort that out in April."
