Novak Djokovic moved into the second round of Australian Open 2008. The world no. 3, Djokovic projected a straight three-set victory over Benjamin Becker in the first round. The Serbian star was in dominant form throughout the match. Djokovic now will face Italian unseeded Simone Bolelli in the second round of the tournament. Djokovic did not leave any ground for Benjamin Becker in the match winning it 6-0 6-2 7-6 (7/5). He took less than one hour to complete the first two sets, whereas he faced some resistance in the third set.

To many, he is the only player who is capable of posing threat to Roger Federer, who has been undisputed king of men’s tennis for the last few years.
