Russia vs England EURO 2008 Qualifier: England Worry for Injury against Determined Russia

England is now waiting for their upcoming important match against Russia in EURO 2008 qualifier. The match will take place in Moscow, Russia. The match is expected to be very exciting because of the current situation of both England and Russia in Group E. Russia has to win the match to keep their hopes alive in the tournament. A win is also very important for England to ensure their qualifying in EURO 2008.

England has some injury problem. However, it is a good news for England that striker Wayne Rooney has got his form back and now expected to give something special in the next match against Russia. Steven Gerrard is now in good form and John Terry as well as Michael Owen are not fully fit to participate in the match.

Bleacher Report reported:

Given their recent play—including a 3-0 win over Russia at Wembley just last month—you would presume so. But this match is fraught with danger.
To counter the Russians, England will be employing a 4-3-3 instead of their customary 4-4-2. What's more, captain John Terry won't be 100 percent healthy, and Ashley Cole is out with an injury he suffered against Estonia.
Elsewhere on the roster, Steven Gerrard is a man searching for his best form. With Michael Owen still working towards full fitness, the spine of the team won't be as strong as England would like.

Huge excitement among the fans is now observed ahead of the match. If England loses the match then it will be very hard for them to get into ENRO 2008 competition. So, England players must try their best to clinch another win over Russia. However, Russia will also try their best to win the match. Now, let us see if Russia can keep themselves active in the tournament.
