I know that you already know India has won the test series against England. This is the third time India wins test series in England. Anyway, now all attention is on the upcoming ODI series between Indian vs England. England will definitely try to win the series in order to give some moments for home supporters to cheer. On the other hand, India will try to increase their confidence level ahead of the Twenty20 World Cup 2007 next month.

Newly appointed captain for India Twenty20 team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni can play a vital role in the coming ODI series against England. He might be more inspired to play well ahead of the Twenty20 world cup. India’s another wicketkeeper, Dinesh Karthik’s present form is now alluring and in the test series, he became the highest scorer for Indian side. Least but not last, Gautam Gambhir and Robin Uthappa also played well in the last ODI match against Scotland.

So, it is to say that India’s strongest side would be batting in the seven match ODI series and batsmen have to play the leading role against England. Let’s see to whether Indian batsmen will be succeeded or not in the series.
