Miss Tourism Queen International 2007

When we think about beauty contest, the first thing that comes to our mind is Miss World, Miss Universe but there are many other major beauty competitions. Miss Tourism Queen International is not as popular as Miss World or Miss Universe but this has been a major beauty contest. The main aim of this beauty contest is to flourish the tourism industry around the world. Observed since 1949, the Miss Tourism Queen International 2007 has started from 11^th July at Zheng Zhou in China. The competition will continue till 2^nd August. This year, 110 contestants from different countries have taken part into the competition.

This year, there has been no contestant from UK but in the past four years two Asians and one European won the title. The winner of the competition will receive £7,500 and many other merchandise. In 2004, Zabina Abdul Rashid Khan from India and in 2005 Nikoletta Ralli of Greece won the title.
