Doha Asian Games 2006: Who Will Win Football Gold

There are just a few days left before the start of Doha Asian Games 2006. Many eyes will be fixed on the football event where we have some of the top names of World Football. It is interesting to note whether the participating teams will field their full strength.
South Korea, China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Iran are some of the big names of Asian football.
Unfortunately, the Asian countries performed very badly during World Cup 2006 Germany. So, Asian Games 2006 is the place for the teams to show off their talent. Well, I am frustrated about the quality of Asian football. There are some rich countries and millions of people are crazy for football in Asia. However, there is serious lack of professionalism among the organizers.
Who will have the last laugh? I feel that Doha may not be the ideal place for Korean and Japanese players to perform well. The weather of Doha (Qatar) is not similar to the weather of Korea and Japan. Doha is a very hot place and most parts of Qatar is nothing but desert. So, Middle Eastern countries would have an added advantage in this regard.
