US Open 2007: Roger Federer Reaches at the Fourth Round

Roger Federer has reached at the fourth round of US Open 2007. In the third round match, Federer defeated American John Isner by 6(4)-7(7), 6-2, 6-4, 6-2. John Isner started the match with impressive performance. He won the first set by by 7-6. However, world no. 1 Roger Federer bounced back from the second set and did not give any chance to his American opponent.

For Roger Federer, US Open 2007 record breaking tournament. Roger Federer won the last three US Open titles. If he can win the US Open 2007 title then he would be the first man in open era to win the US Open title for the fourth consecutive times. So, Roger Federer must be determined to win the title of US Open 2007.

Roger Federer has already been a legend in Men’s tennis wining 11 Grand Slam titles. At this moment, he is the only person who can break Pete Sampras’s 14 grand slam title record. Roger Federer will play against Feliciano López.
