Apple tops J.D. Power satisfaction ranking: Motorola second and HTC third

Once again, the Apple iPhone took the number one spot in J.D. Power satisfaction ranking. Out of 1000, Apple iPhone Apple iPhone 4 scored 795 in the customer satisfactory survey. This is however lower to Apple’s September score of but this time Apple won over Motorola and HTC by a higher margin.

Motorola scored 763 and HTC 762. Last year, Motorola had 9 point difference while HTC had 19 point difference with Apple but this time it is 22 and 23 points.

The industry average score for smartphone satisfaction is 761. Both Motorola and HTC sells Android based smartphones Droid and Droid X are the best-selling phones of Motorolla while HTC EVO 4G is the best selling phone of HTC.
