Stan Kroenke Short of 17 Shares to Arsenal Takeover

Stan Kroenke, the American billionaire, has purchased another 25 shares for £212,500. This news has been confirmed by Arsenal. As a result, he is now just short of 17 shares to own 30% share that would put him in a position where he has to make an offer for buying all the shares of the club. Stan Kroenke has remained mainly silent about his future intention with the club. He has given mixed signals in the last few months about his goal. Kroenke has kept on increasing his share in the club while on the other hand, he never stated openly that he wanted to buy all the shares of the club.
In the second position is Alisher Usmanov with around 26% share of the club. Alisher Usmanov has openly stated his intention to buy the club but most share holders were not keen the Russian billionaire as the owner of Arsenal.
