Arsene Wenger was a Childhood Fan of Real Madrid

You know that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was offered a lucrative deal by Real Madrid that the French manager turn down in Summer transfer window. Recently, Wenger has talked about his decision to stay with the Gunners and his future plan. He has also said that he has a great respect for the Los Merengues, and in his childhood, he was a fan of Real Madrid.



Arsene Wenger has said that the only reason behind his refusal to Madrid was to bring out success at the Emirates Stadium. Stating that Arsenal has not won any title over the last four years, Wenger has mentioned that his Arsenal side is getting matured and it can create something magical when everything clicked in its way. It is pretty much clear that Wenger now sees success just at the corner. Actually, Arsenal has been often showing their magic, despite the fact that very often they play with some of their key players through injury. For example, last Sunday, Arsenal defeated Bolton Wanderers 6-2 in a match which featured some classy performance by the young Gunners.
