Arsenal’s Emmanuel Eboue Set his Sight on Champions League

Arsenal’s title race in premier league is now all over, following a series of goalless draws in the past four weeks. The recent one came at home when the Gunners were held to a goalless disappointing draw by Fulham that left them six points behind the fourth-placed Aston Villa who drew 2-2 with Stoke City at home on Sunday. Finishing the league in the top four- the requirement of qualification for Champions league next season- has now become the most realistic target for the Wenger boys.

Well, Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue has now set his target on Champions League, stating that Arsenal can win Champions League this season. Eboue thinks that Arsenal players believe that they can win Europe’s most prestigious club football title. The Ivorian international was booed off by the Gunners fans because of his poor show early on the season and he admitted that being booed off had hut him. However, he is now confident as he thinks that he has been able to show the Arsenal fans that he is not a bad player. Eboue played in Arsenal’s 1-0 midweek win over Roma in Champions League. With this victory, Arsenal now has an advantage ahead of the second leg of the last 16 showdown against the Italian club.
