Review of Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 Mobile Phone

Sony Xperia X1 mobile phone from Sony Ericsson is now one of the most sought-after smartphones. Xperia X1 is now touted as a stiff competitor of Apple iPhone and Nokia N96, considering its eye-catching features. The most interesting feature of Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 is its nine-panel interactive interface by which you can customize the user interface based on your work, profession etc. For example, you can stick to one-set of panels when you are working in the office, while you can customize it when you are at home on the basis of your need. There are nine panels shown on the 3-inch-large touch screen with a full QWERTY spacious keyboard that lets you type comfortably. These panels allow users to have one-touch access to a specific function in the phone.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 offers 528MHz Processor and 256MB RAM along with 800x400 VGA screen. The 400 MB of internal memory could be extended up to16 GB through microSD slot. Its arc shape and metal finish make the handset look attractive to the smartphone users. Its 3.2 MP camera with auto focus, video capability, and on-board picture editing software is capable of capturing crystal clear photos thanks to its impressive sensor. Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system with an excellent multimedia player which can run different formats of audio and video. Bluetooth version 2.0 is also available for data transfer and file sharing.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 is priced at $799.99. So, Xperia hits the high segment in terms of its pricing and features. However, there are many who think the price for Xperia X1 has not been pretty much competitive.
