Virender Sehwag in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2008

Virender Sehwag is a very entertaining cricketer. Initially he was considered to be fit for ODI cricket more. He has also shown superb performance in Test cricket too. In fact, Virender Sehwag has scored two triple hundred in Test cricket. Virender Sehwag’s batting is good fro Twenty20 cricket as he is very aggressive and loves to score quick runs. He also can bowl some and this is something which can be helpful for Delhi DareDevils. He is the captain of Delhi DareDevils in Indian premier league 2008. He does not have any good experience of captaincy. However, one time he was made vice captain of Indian team and he was thought to be the future captain of Indian but he could not continue his good form. IPL is a very good tournament for him to bounce back. Attention of world media is with IPL at this moment and if Virender Sehwag can perform well then he can again become a strong player in India national cricket team in both Test and ODI cricket. Of course, I am not that much optimistic about Virender Sehwag in Indian premier league because he does not have a very strong team. Delhi DareDevils could have picked some more better players.
