Women’s world cup 2007 is now knocking at the door. So, all the participating teams are waiting for the kick off moment. Germany is the reigning champion of Women’s world cup. The forthcoming Women’s world cup will start from 10 September 2007. There will be four groups of four teams each. From each group, top two teams will qualify for the next round.
Japan is a well known team in women’s football. However, their track record in the world cup tournaments is not so good. In Women’s world cup 2007, Japan will compete in Group A where they have to face England, Argentina and reigning champion Germany. So, for them it would be difficult to make it to the quarter final. Germany and Argentina are favorites to get the ticket of the next round. Here, I am giving the group stage schedule of Japan below:
