Rugby World Cup 2007 Schedule/Fixtures

Rugby World Cup 2007 is just a few weeks away. France will host the tournament from 7 September, 2007. Twenty participating teams will be competing in the tournament. In Pool stage 20 teams will be divided into four Pools of five teams. Reigning champion England and three former champions Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are most favorites to the title. From each pool two teams will go into the knock out stage. Winners of four quarter final matches will progress to the semi final stage. Two semi final winners will be competing in the final whereas the two semi final loser will face each other in the third or fourth place deciding match. Final match will be held on 20 October.
