The special programme airs on Tuesday 4 September as part of 5 Live Sport from 7pm.
Captain Martin Johnson, Matt Dawson, Lewis Moody, Steve Thompson, Mike Catt and Jonny Wilkinson talk through their part in one of the greatest moments in modern English sporting history, with 5 Live commentator Ian Robertson's award-winning audio providing the narrative as the winning move unfolds.
The evening's 5 Live Sport also includes an interview with World Cup winning coach Sir Clive Woodward, plus top guests discussing what it takes to win a World Cup and how the teams may fare this year.

It includes full commentary of all games involving the home nations (England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland) live on 5 Live or 5 Live Sports Extra, plus South Africa v Samoa (9 September) and Australia v Fiji (23 September).
The quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will all be broadcast live on 5 Live, with the third place play-off live on Sports Extra.
Throughout the tournament there will be news and reports of every game on 5 Live plus top guests and discussion, with many opportunities for listeners to get involved.
On commentary with Ian Robertson are Alistair Hignell, Nick Mullins, Andrew Cotter, Jim Neilly, Alistair Eykyn and Iain Carter.
