After Winning the CA World Championship, Tiger Wood’s Next is Now Mission Masters 2007

Tiger Woods, the best golfer of present time, seems to be more confident to win the forthcoming Masters Golf Tournament 2007 having won the CA World Championship at Doral. With this victory he has won the championship for three consecutive times. Ahead of the first major tournament, The Masters Golf Tournament 2007, he is now undoubtedly the most favorite to win the masters title for the fifth time in his career. Even the defending champion of the masters, Phil Mickelson, is not that much favorite as Tiger Woods is at this moment. Sports Network reported:

Woods is available at a best of 11/8 with William Hill to be sporting a brand new green jacket with a win at the Masters but most bookies have him down at 6/5. He's also 20/1 with William Hill for the Grand Slam.

Fellow American Brett Wetterich finished second, two shots off the pace, and he's been slashed to 80/1 with betdirect to claim the Masters title.

Phil Mickelson has been trimmed to 8/1 second favourite with Totalbet to win at Augusta National despite finishing 10 shots adrift of Woods in Miami while Ernie Els has drifted slightly to 12/1 third favourite.

However, it does not matter who is favorite or who is minnow; rather the best performer of the tournament will be the winner of the tournament. I hope, the masters will be an interesting tournament for the golf fans.
