Earlier of his career he was compared with George Best, Diego Maradona, Johan Cruyff for his excellent skill in dribbling. He scored his first goal in the premier league against Manchester City which led MAN U the 1-0 victory. He won FA Premier league for 8 times and UEFA Champions league in 1998/99 with Manchester United. BBC called Gigs as one of the most photographed persons in Great Britain. He was honored with the Manchester United player of the year in 2005/6.

I don't agree with having Drogba , Lehmann , Ferdinand or Ashley Cole in that top ten . Are people forgetting about Peter Schmeichel , Zola , Cantona , Adams and Roy Keane ? Personally I'd put Fabregas in the top 10 ahead of some players that are mentioned .

Wilson Palcios definitly deserves a spot in the top 10. He was the best player at Wigan Athletic after only 5 months. Manchester United, Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool, Newcastle United and Arsenal all wanted to but him. He was bout for only 1,000,000 pounds but his price range after 5 months has increased to 12,000,000 pounds. He saved Wigan Athletic from relegation and was rated by the sun as one of the top ten contracts of the Premier League. He is only 23 years old and has shown true potential. Also, since he is from such a poor country like Honduras he is very humble, hard working, modest and despite receiving so many offers he decided to stay at Wigan Athletic.
