It is confirmed. Apple is going to release the iPad 2 in the international market on March 25, 2011. The tablet PC will become available in 25 countries. CNET.com reported that aside from these countries, the iPad 2 will be available in Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore and "additional countries" in April 2011.
Sales in the U.K. would not start till 5 pm local time while online sales will start from 1 am G.M.T.
According to Guardian, Apple has chosen the timing to counter the grey market resellers. On the first day of the iPad 2 launch these people bought a large number of devices in the U.S. to resell them in other countries. On the contrary, T3 reported that the U.K launch had been delayed due to supply error.
